Chef Azmin founded Sapphire at School with the vision of “Every Child Deserves a Healthy Start”™. The program currently partners with schools in Orange County and prepares fresh and wholesome meals served to more than 5,500 students daily from ages pre-K to high school. Sapphire at School was created to provide a unique foundation for schools to teach and engage students about real foods, get them excited about fresh fruits and vegetables, and feed them delicious, balanced meals prepared by professional chefs. We know a healthy lifestyle is more than one meal, but lunch seems like a great place to start! Our team of health and culinary experts have created an innovative school lunch program – as fresh and nutritious as it is flavorful. In the classroom, on the field, and at home, our Sapphire at School partners experience the benefits of eating wholesome foods.
